With timelook, the time data of the time recording software as well as the staff scheduling are automatically synchronised with the Microsoft Outlook® calendar of your employees. Absence requests are also processed directly via Microsoft Outlook®.

How it works

As soon as your employees have added the «add-in» to their Outlook, they can record their working times and absence requests directly in Outlook without having to open the time recording or personnel resource planning software in parallel. The working times recorded in Outlook are immediately entered in the time recording software and recorded calendar entries are supplemented with the corresponding absence code. The system administrators determine which absence codes are synchronised.

Thanks to this application, data is also automatically synchronised offline. The synchronisation is therefore also carried out when employees do not start the application. Absences or work assignments recorded in the software for time recording or personnel resource planning are visible in the Microsoft Outlook® calendar on the smartphone.
